How It Works
AirOps identifies outreach opportunities by:
Analyzing citation patterns across tracked prompts where competitors appear but you don't
Identifying frequently-cited domains that AI platforms reference for topics in your space
Prioritizing by impact: Ranking domains by citation frequency and prompt relevance
What You'll See
Each opportunity includes:
Domain names: Sites being cited most frequently
Citation counts: How often each domain appears in AI responses
Example prompts: Specific questions where the domain is cited
Topic relevance: Which areas of your business the domain covers
Competitive context: Whether competitors are cited alongside these domains
Taking Action
For each domain, evaluate:
Relationship potential: Do you have existing relationships to leverage?
Content contribution: Can you contribute guest posts or expert commentary?
Partnership opportunities: Co-marketing, affiliates, or sponsored content?
Bulk selection and Grid export:
Select multiple outreach opportunities using the checkboxes on the left side of each row, then click Take Action on Selected to:
Create New Grid: Generate a new Grid pre-populated with your selected domains for outreach tracking and workflow processing
Add to Existing Grid: Append selected domains to any existing Grid. A mapping modal appears so you can map domain data (domain name, citation count, prompts, etc.) to the appropriate Grid columns.
From the Outreach view you can also:
Track outreach status and monitor citation changes as partnerships develop
