## Taking Action

**Bulk selection and Grid export:**

Select multiple community opportunities using the checkboxes on the left side of each row, then click **Take Action on Selected** to:

* **Create New Grid**: Generate a new Grid pre-populated with your selected discussions for tracking, Playbook runs, or follow-up work
* **Add to Existing Grid**: Append selected discussions to any existing Grid. A mapping modal appears so you can map discussion data (post title, subreddit, engagement metrics, etc.) to the appropriate Grid columns.

**For engagement:**

* Provide genuine value by answering questions where your expertise helps
* Disclose brand affiliation appropriately
* Follow subreddit rules and engage consistently over time

**For content strategy:**

* Export high-value questions to Grid for content planning
* Use real user language to improve content relevance
* Transform popular questions into blog posts or guides
