  3. Verifying content absence: Confirming you have no existing content addressing these topics

  4. Prioritizing by impact: Ranking by prompt volume, competitive presence, and business relevance

Each opportunity includes:

  • Prompt text: The specific questions competitors are answering

  • Competitor presence: Which brands are appearing for these prompts

  • Prompt volume: Relative search interest to help prioritize

  • Topic clusters: Related questions grouped for comprehensive coverage

  • Citation analysis: Which competitor content is being referenced

Taking Action

Bulk selection and Grid export:

Select multiple creation opportunities using the checkboxes on the left side of each row, then click Take Action on Selected to:

  • Create New Grid: Generate a new Grid pre-populated with your selected prompts for content planning and workflow processing

  • Add to Existing Grid: Append selected prompts to any existing Grid. A mapping modal appears so you can map prompt data (prompt text, competitor presence, volume, etc.) to the appropriate Grid columns.

Additional actions:

  • Launch creation workflows directly from the interface

  • Generate content briefs automatically using AirOps workflows

  • Filter by prompt volume, topic cluster, competitor presence, folder, or status
