Favorites

Star your most-used grids, workflows, and folders for quick access from a dedicated sidebar section. No more scrolling through Browse or relying on search to find the resources you use every day.

Adding to Favorites

  • Click the star icon next to any grid, workflow, or folder to add it to your Favorites

  • Starred items appear in the Favorites section at the top of the sidebar

Favorites Behavior

  • User-level - Favorites are saved per user, so each team member can curate their own list of go-to items

  • Quick access - Your favorited items are always visible in the sidebar for one-click access

  • All item types - You can favorite grids, workflows, and folders

Removing from Favorites

  • Click the star icon again on any favorited item to remove it from your Favorites section

Recents

The Recents section in the sidebar shows items you've recently accessed, combining both grids and workflows in a single view. This makes it easy to pick up where you left off without searching or navigating through folders.

How Recents Works

  • Automatically tracks the grids and workflows you open

  • Displays your most recently accessed items in a unified list

  • Updates in real-time as you work

The Recents section replaces the previous separate "Recent Grids" and "Recent Workflows" sections, giving you a streamlined view of all your recent activity.
