# Organizing Your Workspace

AirOps provides several features to help you quickly find and access your workflows, grids, and folders. This page covers Universal Search, Favorites, and Recents.

## Universal Search (CMD-K)

Quickly find anything in your workspace using the Universal Search feature. Press **CMD-K** (Mac) or **Ctrl-K** (Windows) from anywhere in AirOps to open the search dialog.

### Features

* **Search across all content types** - Find folders, workflows, and grids in one place
* **Partial matching** - No need to remember exact names; partial matches work too
* **Available everywhere** - Access Universal Search from any screen in the product

### Using Universal Search

1. Press **CMD-K** (or **Ctrl-K** on Windows) to open the search dialog
2. Start typing the name of the item you're looking for
3. Results appear instantly as you type
4. Click on a result or use arrow keys and Enter to navigate directly to that item

{% hint style="info" %}
Universal Search is the fastest way to navigate your workspace, especially as your collection of workflows and grids grows.
{% endhint %}

## Favorites

Star your most-used grids, workflows, and folders for quick access from a dedicated sidebar section. No more scrolling through Browse or relying on search to find the resources you use every day.

### Adding to Favorites

* Click the star icon next to any grid, workflow, or folder to add it to your Favorites
* Starred items appear in the **Favorites** section at the top of the sidebar

### Favorites Behavior

* **User-level** - Favorites are saved per user, so each team member can curate their own list of go-to items
* **Quick access** - Your favorited items are always visible in the sidebar for one-click access
* **All item types** - You can favorite grids, workflows, and folders

### Removing from Favorites

* Click the star icon again on any favorited item to remove it from your Favorites section

## Recents

The **Recents** section in the sidebar shows items you've recently accessed, combining both grids and workflows in a single view. This makes it easy to pick up where you left off without searching or navigating through folders.

### How Recents Works

* Automatically tracks the grids and workflows you open
* Displays your most recently accessed items in a unified list
* Updates in real-time as you work

{% hint style="info" %}
The Recents section replaces the previous separate "Recent Grids" and "Recent Workflows" sections, giving you a streamlined view of all your recent activity.
