Organizing Your Workspace
AirOps provides several features to help you quickly find and access your workflows, grids, and folders. This page covers Universal Search, Favorites, and Recents.
Universal Search (CMD-K)
Quickly find anything in your workspace using the Universal Search feature. Press CMD-K (Mac) or Ctrl-K (Windows) from anywhere in AirOps to open the search dialog.

Search across all content types - Find folders, workflows, and grids in one place
Partial matching - No need to remember exact names; partial matches work too
Available everywhere - Access Universal Search from any screen in the product
Using Universal Search
Press CMD-K (or Ctrl-K on Windows) to open the search dialog
Start typing the name of the item you're looking for
Results appear instantly as you type
Click on a result or use arrow keys and Enter to navigate directly to that item
Favorites
Star your most-used grids, workflows, and folders for quick access from a dedicated sidebar section. No more scrolling through Browse or relying on search to find the resources you use every day.
Adding to Favorites
Click the star icon next to any grid, workflow, or folder to add it to your Favorites
Starred items appear in the Favorites section at the top of the sidebar
Favorites Behavior
User-level - Favorites are saved per user, so each team member can curate their own list of go-to items
Quick access - Your favorited items are always visible in the sidebar for one-click access
All item types - You can favorite grids, workflows, and folders
Removing from Favorites
Click the star icon again on any favorited item to remove it from your Favorites section
Recents
The Recents section in the sidebar shows items you've recently accessed, combining both grids and workflows in a single view. This makes it easy to pick up where you left off without searching or navigating through folders.
How Recents Works
Automatically tracks the grids and workflows you open
Displays your most recently accessed items in a unified list
Updates in real-time as you work
