Refresh

Identify and update existing content to close competitive gaps in AI search visibility

Refresh Opportunities identify prompts where competitors are outperforming you but you already have existing content addressing the topic. These are high-impact, lower-lift opportunities and your fastest path to improved AI search visibility.

Refreshing existing content is typically 5-10x faster than creating new content. You leverage existing authority, backlinks, and indexing history while closing competitive gaps.

How It Works

AirOps identifies refresh opportunities by:

  1. Analyzing tracked prompts across your monitored AI search platforms

  2. Identifying competitive gaps where competitors appear in AI responses but you don't

  3. Checking for existing content that addresses these topics on your site

  4. Surfacing opportunities where refreshing existing pages can close the gap

Taking Action

Bulk selection and Grid export:

Select multiple refresh opportunities using the checkboxes on the left side of each row, then click Take Action on Selected to:

  • Create New Grid: Generate a new Grid pre-populated with your selected pages for batch refresh campaigns

  • Add to Existing Grid: Append selected pages to any existing Grid. A mapping modal appears so you can map page data (URL, competitive gaps, metrics, etc.) to the appropriate Grid columns.

Additional actions:

  • Review competitive gaps: See specific prompts where competitors are beating you

  • Launch refresh workflows directly from the interface

  • Filter by priority metrics, folder, or topic
