# Wrike

The Wrike Integration step allows you to connect your AirOps workflows with Wrike projects. This integration enables you to create tasks, manage folders, and automate work management workflows.

## Overview

Wrike is a collaborative work management platform that helps teams plan, manage, and complete work. By connecting Wrike to AirOps, you can automate task creation and integrate AI-powered workflows into your project management.

## Authentication

Before using the Wrike integration in your workflows, you must first connect your Wrike account in the AirOps Settings:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Integrations**
2. Find the Wrike section and click "Configure"
3. Authenticate with your Wrike account
4. Grant AirOps access to your workspaces

## Available Actions

* **Update Task Custom Fields** -- modify custom field values on an existing task
* **New Task** -- create a new task in a folder or project

## Common Use Cases

* Automatically creating tasks for content production
* Tracking content review and approval workflows
* Managing editorial calendars

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.airops.com/context/overview/project-management/wrike.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
