Product Lines

Define different products or services your brand offers

Product Lines allow you to define different products or services your brand offers. This is particularly useful for enterprise brands with complex product portfolios, enabling you to provide product-specific context to your workflows.

Product Line Attributes

For each Product Line, you can define:

Product Line Details

Explain what this product does, its key use cases, and any important features or sub-products. This gives the LLM comprehensive context about the product.

Key Differentiators & Positioning

Explain what makes this product unique, how to position it, and your point of view on this product area. This helps ensure marketing content accurately represents your competitive advantages.

Ideal Customer Profile

Describe your best-fit customers: who they are, what they're trying to achieve, and the problems you solve for them. This enables more targeted and relevant content generation.

Product Competitors

List the companies competing with this product, including their domain and which of your products they compete with. This provides competitive context for comparison content.

Example

AirOps might define an Insights Product Line with:

  • Product Line Details: "Insights provides AI-powered analytics that tracks brand visibility across AI search engines, monitors competitor citations, and identifies content opportunities based on how LLMs respond to queries in your market."

  • Key Differentiators & Positioning: "The only platform that combines AI search visibility tracking with actionable content recommendations. We believe brands need to optimize for AI answers, not just traditional search."

  • Ideal Customer Profile: "Content and SEO leaders at B2B SaaS companies who want to understand and improve how their brand appears in AI-generated responses."

  • Product Competitors: Brightedge, Semrush, Ahrefs
