Search and Write to your Knowledge Bases

Data Steps offer you a method to interact directly with your Knowledge Bases from within the context of your Workflows. Currently, AirOps offers two distinct types of Data Steps:

1. Knowledge Base Search -- within your Workflow, semantically search through a Knowledge Base

2. Knowledge Base Write -- within your Workflow, add documents to a Knowledge Base

Functionally, these steps are equivalent to calling the respective API endpoints of Knowledge Bases. The major benefit to having these available within Workflows is that you're able to more easily automate and schedule the calls.

Note: Data Steps are available in both Workflows and Agents
