Uploading Files to your Knowledge Base

To upload files to your Knowledge Base in AirOps, simply click the "Add Data" button and select "Upload Files" from the dropdown menu. You can then drag and drop your files or browse to select them from your device.

AirOps supports a wide variety of file formats, including:

• Document files: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .odt, .md, .rst, .rtf, .tsv

• Presentation files: .ppt, .pptx

• Image files: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .webp

• Web content: .html, .htm, .xml

• Email files: .eml, .msg

• Other formats: .csv, .text, .log, .org, .epub

Once uploaded, your files will be automatically processed and made searchable through semantic search, allowing your workflows and agents to retrieve relevant information based on meaning rather than exact keyword matches.
