Compare Content View

AirOps Grid provides a powerful content comparison feature that allows you to review, accept, or reject suggested changes to your content. This feature is particularly valuable for content optimization and quality control workflows.

How to Use Compare Content View

The Compare Content View appears when a workflow has been configured to suggest content changes. This view helps you easily identify what has been modified and why.

1. Access suggested changes: When content has been processed through a content comparison workflow step, changes will be visible by adding an output column. Cells with pending changes will be noted with an eye icon next.

2. View modifications clearly:

   • Removed or replaced content appears crossed out in gray text

   • Added content appears in purple text

   • Hover over crossed-out text to temporarily remove the strikethrough for easier reading

3. Review improvement reasons (optional): If provided in the workflow, each set of suggested changes includes a "Proposed Improvement" explanation that details why the changes were recommended

Managing Changes

1. Accept or reject individual changes:

   • Click the "Accept" button next to a specific change to implement it

   • Click the "Reject" button to discard a specific suggestion

2. Manage all changes at once:

   • Use the "Accept All Changes" button at the top to approve all suggestions

   • Use the "Reject All Changes" button at the top to discard all suggestions

The Compare Content View makes it easy to quickly review suggested content improvements while maintaining editorial control over your final output.
