Running Apps

It's easy to install and customize a variety of pre-built Apps on AirOps. This page will guide you through the process of installing and running apps on AirOps.

Installing Apps

To install an App in your workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the desired app in the AirOps marketplace.
  2. Click on the "Install" button.
  3. During the installation process, you may be prompted to set custom variables to tailor the app to your specific needs. Some apps allow you to configure output formats, tone of voice, connect data sources, or provide other instructions.
  4. You can assign custom names and icons to your apps. This is particularly useful if you want to install the same app multiple times for different use cases, such as Text Generator for writing sales emails and responding to complex inquiries.
  5. Once installed, the app will be accessible by all users in the workspace. You can invite members to join the workspace at any time.

Running Apps

There are several methods to run apps in AirOps (see the sidebar for more information). The easiest starting point is to run them via the web interface:

  1. Open the app in your workspace.
  2. Fill out the required fields on the app's page.
  3. Click the "Execute" button to start the app.
  4. Apps may take varying amounts of time to run, depending on their complexity. You can navigate away from the page while the app is running.

App History

Each app has a "Show History" button that lets you view previous executions of the app. This feature is especially useful for apps that take a while to execute, as it allows you to monitor their progress and review the results.

API Docs

For more advanced execution methods, each app has a dedicated "API Docs" link on its page. Clicking this link will provide you with detailed information on how to interact with the app through various APIs.
