Open **Insights → Offsite → Community** to see which Reddit threads and subreddits appear in answers to your tracked prompts. Use the cited discussions to understand community coverage and compare your brand with competitors. ## Core Metrics ### Reddit Citation Share Reddit citations divided by all tracked citations for the selected filters. The overview time series shows how that share changes over time. ### Reddit Citations The number of times tracked AI answers cite Reddit content. These metrics describe the answers AirOps collects for your prompts, rather than all activity on Reddit. ## Compare Brand Presence Switch the competitor comparison between: * **Presence rate:** The percentage of analyzed, cited Reddit URLs whose content mentions your brand or a competitor. Each URL counts once in this comparison. * **Citation share:** A brand's own-domain citations as a share of all citations in AI answers that include at least one Reddit citation. A brand mentioned in a cited thread does not have to own that thread. Presence rate therefore answers a different question from whether an AI answer links to the brand's website. ## Leaderboards ### Top Cited Subreddits See which subreddits contribute the most Reddit citations. Subreddit shares and the subreddit time series use Reddit citations as their denominator, while the overview uses all tracked citations. ### Top Cited Threads Review individual threads with their citation counts and share of Reddit citations. Open a Reddit citation to inspect available post metadata, including its publication date, upvotes, comments, subreddit size, and moderator rules. Check the thread's age and the moderator rules before deciding whether to participate. Metadata may be incomplete while collection is pending or when a source cannot be retrieved. ## Charts The **Mention rate in AI answers citing content** chart compares how often AI answers that cite Reddit mention your brand and competitors. The **Sentiment Score** chart describes how those answers portray each brand. These answer-level charts measure the AI response. Presence rate measures mentions within the cited content. ## Filters Choose a date range and use **Topic**, **Prompt Intent**, and **Platform** to focus the analysis. Keep the same filters when comparing brands or dates. For example, filter to Purchase prompts for a product topic, inspect the most-cited threads, and check whether discussions describe your product accurately. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
