Visibility

The Visibility tab provides deep analysis of your brand's presence across AI search platforms. Track your core visibility metrics over time, break them down by topic and platform, and see how you compare against competitors.

Core Metrics

The Visibility tab focuses on three primary metrics:

Mention Rate

Answers mentioning your brand divided by total answers (0-100%). Higher values mean greater visibility in AI responses.

Share of Voice

Answers mentioning your brand divided by answers mentioning your brand OR competitors (0-100%). Higher values mean you dominate the conversation.

Average Position

Average position where your brand is mentioned in AI responses (1 = first mention, 2 = second, etc.). Lower values indicate earlier, more prominent mentions.

Metric Views

Each core metric can be analyzed across multiple dimensions:

Over Time (Overall)

View how your metrics trend over time. Track whether your visibility is growing, stable, or declining across all platforms and topics.

By Topic

Break down your metrics by topic cluster to understand where you have strong visibility and where you need to improve. Identify which topics drive the most mentions and where competitors may be outperforming you.

By Platform

See how your metrics vary across different AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews). Identify platforms where you're strong and platforms that need attention.

Against Competition

Compare your metrics directly against competitors. Understand your relative position in the market and track how competitive gaps change over time.

Leaderboards

View leaderboards for each core metric to see how you rank against competitors for mention rate, share of voice, and average position.

Charts

Competition Chart

See how your brand appears versus competitors for each topic. This visualization shows mention rate by topic, helping you understand which topics you dominate and where competitors are winning.

Mention Rate by Platform Matrix

A matrix view showing each brand's mention rate across each platform. Quickly compare how you and your competitors perform on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and Google AI Overviews in a single view.

Filters

All charts and metrics on this page can be filtered by:

• Date Range: Select a time period for your analysis

• Region: Filter by geographic region

• Prompt Type: Category-related (general prompts) vs Brand-related (prompts mentioning your brand directly)

• Topic: Filter by topic clusters

• Platform: Filter by specific AI answer engine

• Persona: Filter by audience persona
