AirOps Analytics features: AI visibility metrics, citation and mention tracking, sentiment analysis, and competitive positioning across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and more.

AirOps Analytics gives you a complete view of how your brand shows up across both traditional Google search and AI search platforms. Features include AI visibility metrics (mention rate, share of voice, and position), citation and mention tracking, sentiment analysis, and competitive positioning, all in one place.

Answer Engines Tracked

Analytics monitors your brand's presence across major AI search platforms:

  • ChatGPT

  • Gemini

  • Google AI Mode

  • Google AI Overviews

  • Claude

Analytics Tabs

Analytics is organized into five tabs, each providing a different lens on your AI search performance:

Overview

Get a snapshot of how you're performing across key AI search metrics. See your core metrics by platform and compare your performance against competitors in a leaderboard view.

Visibility

Track your core AI visibility metrics (mention rate, share of voice, and average position) over time. Analyze trends by topic, by platform, and against competitors, with competitive comparison charts and platform matrices.

Citations

Understand which domains AI platforms reference when answering prompts in your space. Track citation rates, see domain category breakdowns, and identify which URLs are driving your AI visibility.

Sentiment

Understand how AI platforms portray your brand with theme-based sentiment analysis. See which themes drive positive or negative sentiment, track trends over time, and drill down into individual answers.

Dashboards

Build custom views of the AI search metrics your team reviews regularly. Combine charts and data tables, then configure metrics, breakdowns, filters, date ranges, and time granularity.

Filters

Available filters vary by view. Common Analytics filters include:
