# Cobertura de prompts

Revisa cómo se distribuyen los prompts rastreados entre temas y etapas de intención.

Usar **Cobertura de prompts** para ver cómo se distribuyen tus prompts rastreados entre los temas y las etapas de intención. El mapa cubre los prompts que ya rastreas y está disponible para todos los usuarios.

## Revisa tu cobertura

1. Abrir **Insights → Prompts → Cobertura de prompts**.
2. Revisa la cantidad de prompts y temas rastreados, junto con el volumen promedio de prompts.
3. Compara las filas de temas a través de **Conciencia**, **Consideración**, **Evaluación**, y **Compra**.
4. Usa la **General** la columna para ver la distribución total de cada tema en todas las etapas de intención.

AirOps clasifica automáticamente la intención del prompt. Un tema concentrado en evaluación y compra puede tener poca cobertura de las preguntas que los compradores hacen al principio de su investigación.

## Comprende las etapas de intención

Estos ejemplos ilustran las etapas; AirOps clasifica cada prompt rastreado a partir de su redacción y contexto.

## Usa la cobertura para refinar el seguimiento

Revisa las etapas subrepresentadas dentro de los temas que importan a tu negocio. Usa [Tus prompts](/docs/es/insights/prompts/your-prompts.md) para gestionar el conjunto rastreado y [Prompts recomendados](/docs/es/insights/prompts/recommended-prompts.md) para encontrar preguntas que añadir.

El mapa describe la distribución de tu conjunto rastreado. No mide el porcentaje de todas las posibles preguntas de los compradores que cubres.
