## Daten in die Wissensdatenbank hochladen

AirOps Knowledge Bases unterstützen eine Vielzahl von Dateiformaten, darunter PDFs, CSVs, Textdateien, HTML, Bilder, Microsoft-Office-Dokumente und mehr, mit zusätzlichen Optionen zum direkten Importieren von Inhalten aus Sitemaps, Google Drive, SQL-Datenbanken oder sogar Shopify! Sie können ganz einfach Inhalte hinzufügen, indem Sie Dateien einzeln hochladen, Websites scrapen oder Daten über die intuitive Oberfläche importieren und so eine umfangreiche, durchsuchbare Informationsquelle für Ihre KI-Workflows erstellen.

## Unterstützte Inhaltstypen

AirOps unterstützt derzeit die folgenden Inhaltstypen zum Befüllen von Wissensdatenbanken:

1. **Datei-Uploads**: Fügen Sie einzelne Dateien hinzu. Unterstützte Formate sind: .pdf, .csv, .txt, .text, .log, .html, .htm, .md, .org, .odt, .ppt, .pptx, .rst, .rtf, .tsv, .doc, .docx, .xml, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .webp, .eml, .msg, .epub.
2. **Webseiten-Scrape**: Importieren Sie Inhalte aus der Seitenhierarchie einer Sitemap zum Crawlen
   1. **Sitemap importieren**: Importieren Sie Inhalte aus der Seitenhierarchie einer Sitemap zum Crawlen
   2. **Von URL importieren**: Importieren Sie Inhalte direkt von einer bestimmten URL
3. **Google-Drive-Datei synchronisieren**: Verbinden Sie eine Google-Drive-Datei (unterstützt Google Docs, Google Sheets und .pdf-Dateien)
4. **SQL-Datenbank synchronisieren**: Importieren Sie Daten direkt aus Ihren verbundenen Datenbanken per SQL-Abfrage
5. **Von Shopify importieren**: Importieren Sie Produkte und Kollektionen aus Ihrem Shopify-Shop
