# ContentStack

## Overview

ContentStack is a headless CMS that enables you to create and manage content that can be published to any digital channel. By connecting ContentStack to AirOps, you can automate content creation, updates, and publishing workflows.

The ContentStack Integration step allows you to connect your AirOps workflows directly with your ContentStack account. This integration enables you to create, update, and manage content in your ContentStack spaces programmatically.

## Authentication

Before using the ContentStack integration in your workflows, you must first connect your ContentStack account in the AirOps Settings:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Integrations**
2. Find the ContentStack section and click "Configure"
3. Enter your ContentStack API credentials
4. Complete the authentication process

## Available Actions

* **Update Entry** -- modify an existing entry
* **Publish Entry** -- publish content to your channels
* **Create Entry** -- add a new entry to a content type

## Common Use Cases

* Automating content creation for multiple content types
* Bulk updating entries with AI-generated content
* Publishing content across multiple channels
* Syncing content from other sources into ContentStack

Note: ContentStack integration requires appropriate API permissions. Contact your ContentStack administrator if you need access.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.airops.com/context/overview/integrations/contentstack.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
