The Overview dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your AI search performance, with key metrics calculated daily across all tracked platforms and queries. Use these insights to measure your brand's AI visibility, benchmark against competitors, and identify opportunities to improve your presence in AI-generated answers.

Key Metrics

The Overview dashboard displays four primary metrics that assess your AI search performance:

Brand Visibility Score

  • Shows how often your brand appears in AI-generated answers

  • Calculated as: (Times your brand appears) / (Total tracked queries) × 100

  • Higher scores indicate stronger AI search presence

Share of Voice

  • Measures your brand mentions relative to competitors

  • Shows competitive positioning in your market

  • Helps identify where you're winning or losing ground

Citation Rate

  • Percentage of times you're cited when there's an opportunity

  • Indicates content quality and authority signals

  • Higher rates suggest stronger content structure and relevance

Sentiment Score

  • Positive (100), Neutral (50), or Negative (0)

  • Tracks how your brand is portrayed in AI responses

  • Helps monitor brand reputation across AI platforms
